I love taking walks. They help you think, put you in a better mood and according to this fat loss expert; regular walking helps you burn fat.
I recently purchased this foldable walking pad/treadmill to get more steps in at the office, my current goal is to walk 30+ minutes a day.
Wealth:
Just days ago former President Trump & personal finance guru Dave Ramsey sat down and talked among other things, about our economy. According to Ramsey 10-15% of our GDP is from energy.
If Trump can keep his promise to drop energy prices by 50% it will have a massive positive impact on inflation and the economy as a whole.
How might you invest or make financial decisions in light of this possibility?
